Member of planar lightwave component based on III-V semiconductor materials research group
The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) algorithm based on the alternating-direction implicit (ADI) method was studied, which was firstly presented in 1999. Components simulated include waveguide gratings, guided-mode gratings and microcavity ring resonances. This method is also suitable for the design of photonic crystals and any other planar devices.
Developed a software tool and published one paper in PIERS

Member of multimode fiber gratings research group
The time-domain beam propagation method (TD-BPM) based on the ADI method and the generalized Douglas (GD) scheme was studied, which was firstly presented in 2000. Fiber Bragg gratings were simulated and this method was also extended to the design of multimode fiber gratings.

基于III-V半导体材料的平面光波器件研究课题组成员
采用基于交替方向隐式法的时域有限差分,1999年首次提出,仿真的器件包括波导光栅、导波模光栅,谐振环,这种方法也同样适用于光子晶体等其他各类平面器件。
开发一套软件,发表一篇PIERS2004国际会议论文。

采用基于交替方向隐式法和综合道格拉斯法的时域束传输方法,2000年首次提出,仿真了光纤布拉格光栅,这种方法同时被拓展到设计多模光纤光栅之中。
